I tried this once (I most certainly did not) all I needed was a plumber for my brother's house that I was baby-sitting. I say "baby-sitting" because babies normally wet themselves, but in this particular instance, my brother's house did. (I'm actually making this all up) When I first noticed it was raining I thought, "Oh, it never rains in Las Vegas." and then when I first noticed it was raining inside I thought, "Oh, it never rains inside in Las Vegas."
As the plumber later pointed out, the fact that it was raining inside and outside at the same time was just a coincidence. In this instance, the plumber assured me, there was no correlation except coincidence. If you're a plumber and you've ever talked to a person who was not a plumber, you'll know that the average person has no clue how water actually gets in or out of their house. I always assumed it just came out of the faucet, but turns out it's much more complicated than that. At one point I asked the plumber how the water got there and listened right up until it started to seem educational at which point I left and let the plumber plumb.
Don't worry. My uncle is a plumber.
